Our Canadian lobsters come from the cleanest waters in the world, around Nova Scotia. They arrive in Yerseke within 36 hours of being pulled out of the water. Our inspectors check every lobster. Only living and undamaged lobsters go into our basins with cooled and purified Oosterschelde water. A last quality check follows during packing.
