Our mussels and oysters are cultivated in water conditions that are among the healthiest in Europe. Moreover, these areas are subject to constant, intensive monitoring by government agencies. The quality and food safety of our products are thus always guaranteed at a very early stage.

This also applies to the other procedures. Our production department complies with the strictest hygiene regulations currently in force, which means we go further than the law requires. 

Our quality achievements have been rewarded with certification by SGS International Certification Services for both the HACCP standard and the BRC standard (higher level). We have been certified since August 2002. [website www.nl.sgs.com]
