History
We
are a family firm in the true sense of the word. Jan Vette founded
his mussel and oyster business at the end of the 19th century.
One of his more famous oyster customers was the Russian Tsar!
It is now more than a hundred years ago that Jan Vette started
work, making us the oldest mussel and oyster company in Yerseke.
Today, the fourth generation of the Vette family works in the
company. It won’t be long before we see the fifth generation
here too. |
